On 18th July, FIMBank p.l.c. hosted an inspiring event to mark the launch of two books by Professor Victor Grech. All proceeds from the sales were allocated to Save & Support Trust and Beating Hearts Malta, two local NGOs dedicated to supporting individuals and families within the community.

The first book, Kaleidoscope, celebrated the diverse achievements of Professor Richard England — a distinguished architect, writer, artist, and academic. The second publication, Stories and Ballads, explored the rich legacy of Marquis Nicholas de Piro and the historic Casa Rocca Piccola in Valletta.

FIMBank Group Chairman, Dr. John C. Grech, welcomed guests and highlighted how the publications reflected Malta’s rich cultural heritage. He emphasised that the purpose of the event aligned closely with the Bank’s core values, particularly its commitment to fostering a compassionate and inclusive community while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.

The publication of these books represented not only a celebration of the island’s artistic and historical legacy, but also an opportunity to share Malta’s unique heritage with a wider audience.
